Join us in Durham, as part of the Discovering Collections, Discovering Communities conference, and online for History Day North 2025.

History Day brings together students, researchers and anyone with an interest in history with collections professionals from galleries, libraries, archives, museums and research organisations. A collaborative endeavour between Senate House Library and the Institute of Historical Research (IHR), the annual event has been held online and in-person at Senate House in London.

Partnering with DCDC for another year, History Day North provides a unique opportunity for attendees and organisations, to showcase, network and explore history collections at a location outside of London. 

An exciting part of the DCDC25 programme, History Day North is free to attend.

Admission is included via the following ticket options:

• DCDC day ticket (Tuesday)
• DCDC full conference tickets (with or without dinner)
• History Day only (free)
